I own the NSR1041 model (it's close enough). I've had this car for about a year and a half and I've never had a problem with it. The rear spoiler does chip in the more severe crashes but it's not a problem. The car is still 99% intact after a year and a half of rough racing with this car. The Sidewinder 20K Shark motor is more than enough to be competitive. At 12v, this car has won races against 25K Mosler Anglewinders by a fair margin. To date, this is one of the best slot cars I've raced, and it can put up a strong fight to anything. 5 stars, 10 out of 10. An amazing car.
