1/32nd scale. Resin body. Hand-made in Le Mans, France.
This version of the Porsche 917LH car number 46, driven by Rolf Stomelen, which took part in the preliminary tests of the 1969 24 Hours of Le Mans, is part of the history of the development of the project of the mythical 917 launched by Ferdinand Piech to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The body had been redesigned especially on the bottom body to improve the stabilty of the car. It shows the essential evolution that the model had to undergo to prefigure the 917LH of the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1970 and 1971.
