1/32nd scale. Hand-made in Le Mans, France.
The first Mirage appeared at Le Mans during testing in April 1967. It was the first prototype created by John Wyer Automotive Engineering which, instead of creating a new model, preferred to improve the GT40, which had proven itself in endurance racing before Ford withdrew from the World Brands Championship.
The #14 Mirage M1 was driven by David Piper and Richard Thompson. It retired after 59 laps.
