DEAL OF THE DECADE:

Maximum Racing Fun, at a ridiculously low price. We have reduced the price of the C1329T Scalextric ARC One set so you can experience the full range of slot car racing including lap counting (to determine a winner) and lap timing (as a tool to help improve your driving techniques—and to see who really was the quickest). The complete set with two cars, track, controllers and an app to display lap counting, timing and other race management on your smartphone or tablet is just $99.95 for a limited time. Note this set includes tethered controllers. No dealer orders will be accepted.

Scalextric C1329T ARC One (App Control System) Set

The Scalextric C1329T ARC One (App Race Control) System set utilizes an app with wireless Bluetooth so your tablet or smartphone will control and display lap counting and timing, race results, a listing of your racing stable, track planning and dozens of other race and car control options. The set includes two cars and over 16-feet of track to assemble into either of two figure 8s or an open road course. If you prefer to just race, without using the app, just plug in the power pack and controllers, drop the two cars in their slots and go! When you want the lap counting, lap timing and other race management control options, simply download the app.

Note that some brands of cars, particularly older or vintage models, and certain modifications may cause interference and malfunctions to the app. The Scalextric ARC One (App Race Control) system utilizes an app so your tablet or smartphone will control and display lap counting and timing, race results, a listing of your racing stable, track planning and dozens of other race and car control options. Scalextric ARC ONE is a revolutionary slot car system that allows users to wirelessly create and manage races with a handheld smart device*, such as a smartphone or tablet. Download the ARC app, then connect your device via Bluetooth to the new ARC powerbase, unlocking unique features and control of your races. The two controllers and Power Supply (included) are connected to the Power Base track with the standard Scalextric cables.

Personalize your races by selecting features such as race type, driver names and number of laps. Customize and save your race settings and car setup, before you head out on the track to test your skills and challenge your opponent. Use the interactive ARC app to create your own Scalextric garage, listing your slot car collection, track pieces and accessories. See your available layout options, post your race stats on Facebook or Twitter – the possibilities are endless!

* NOTE: Tablet/smartphone not included—see the compatibility image chart on this product to determine which smart devices are compatible with this product.

Scalextric replica of Parnelli Jones’ 1970 Trans-Am Championship orange Mustang is back with a new digital-ready chassis. There’s also an all-new blue Trans-Am Mustang and the 2011 Slot.it LeMans Audi R18 is now in stock.

Scalextric C3651 Ford Mustang Boss 302 1970 Trans-Am Champion

This is the car that Parnelli Jones drove at Riverside, Califaornia to win the last race of year and the 1970 Trans-Am Champoinship.

Bud Moore’s road-racing experience in NASCAR paid off when Ford appointed Bud Moore Racing to campaign a pair of Boss 302 Mustangs for 1969. Beaten by 14 Championship points to Roger Penske’s Camaro driven by Mark Donahue in 1969, Bud Moore’s team returned with a vengeance in the 1970 Trans-Am series to win 6 of the 11 races to take the Trans-Am Championship with drivers Parnelli Jones (No. 15) and George Follmer (No. 16). Jones also won the Drivers’ Championship.

This Scalextric 1970 Mustang has the newest Digital Plug Ready (DPR) chassis for plug-in installation of the C8515 Digital Plug to allow it be raced on Scalextric Digital or any brand of analog track.

Scalextric C3613 Ford Mustang Boss 302 1970

1970 Ford Boss 302 #41 was originally built and raced by Ed Hinchliff, a Ford Motor Company Engineer and Trans-Am Racer who raced in the Trans Am series from the 1960’s to this current decade. Ed Hinchliff of Ypsilanti, MI, an experienced SCCA Trans Am Series racer and Ford Motor Company engineer, acquired this new body-in-white Sportsroof Mustang in 1970. He then built this Trans Am Boss 302 using parts, contacts, and information, from Ford Motor Company, Kar Kraft, and Bud Moore Engineering. They finished this Grabber Blue Boss 302 in time to run Road America and Watkins Glen in the 1970 SCCA Trans Am Series. They campaigned in nine races in the 1971 season, and five races in 1972. Hinchliff, and his crew, did quite well with this car in Trans-Am, with 4 top ten finishes out of 16 races.
